Indications

Restorative solution for full arch edentulous cases.

Contraindications

Cases with sharp bony ridges or extreme undercuts that may compromise fit
Patients with severe resorption where digital scans cannot capture accurate anatomy
Individuals with known allergies to denture base resins
Severe parafunctional habits or temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders

Limitations

May offer less esthetic layering compared to conventional heat-cured acrylics
Limited flexibility in chairside adjustments compared to traditional methods
Certain anatomical cases may require conventional impressions or relines
Requires compatibility with digital scanning and CAD workflow

Preparation

Requires a fully edentulous scan with accurate anatomical landmarks and interarch relationship. A minimum of 2 mm space is recommended for base thickness and tooth integration. Proper centric relation and vertical dimension records must be provided for accurate setup.

Internal CAD/CAM validation for occlusal scheme, base thickness, and articulation
Digital design review by technical team prior to fabrication
Printed base evaluated for adaptation, stability, and retention using the provided model or scan
Quality control of tooth placement, gingival contour, and shade accuracy before shipping

Policies & Warranty

All 3D printed full dentures come with a 1-year limited warranty against material defects and manufacturing errors. In case of digital data loss or functional issues unrelated to clinical error, eligible cases may be remade at no additional cost. Digital design files are securely stored in the Godent system for future reprints or revisions upon request.
