Indications

Removable and bar retained restorative solution for full arch edentulous cases.

Contraindications

Inadequate vertical or buccolingual prosthetic space (< 13–15 mm) to accommodate bar, denture base, and teeth
Poor oral hygiene or high risk of peri-implant soft tissue inflammation
Insufficient number or distribution of implants (A‑P spread) to support and stabilize bar attachments

Limitations

Requires substantial prosthetic space and may look bulkier due to bar framework and flange
Attachment components (clips, sleeves) require periodic maintenance or replacement
Hygiene access and patient compliance are critical for long-term success
Esthetic considerations due to prosthesis bulk and flange design

Preparation

Accurate digital planning required. Adequate A‑P implant spread, proper occlusal clearance (~15 mm), and emergence profile design are essential. Scan bodies and surgical guides should be used to ensure precision
